I completely understand life happens, things come up and you can’t make your appointment time. A 10 minute grace period is allotted for all clients but please communicate with me if you are unable to make your appointment on time. Anything over 10 minutes without communication results in a no show or possible reschedule. Cancellation less than 24 hrs of your appointment will result in a 50% service fee, same goes for a No Show. Future appointments cannot be booked until fee is paid. I respect your time as you do mine. Please communicate with me when things come up so I can fill your spot if you are unable to attend. I try to be as flexible as possible but please understand my time in the salon is limited and want to make the most out of it for my clients.
